Applications
Rapeseed and canola oil are ideal for pan-frying and deep-frying due to their high smoke point. They are versatile and can be used on their own as salad or cooking oils, or blended with other vegetable oils in the production of margarine, mayonnaise, shortenings, and various cooking and salad oils.
